If you've already placed an order with us or have a shopify account your loyalty scheme will be linked to the email you used.

Simply use the same email for every order and your points will be added to that account.

If you have not ordered you can click sign up above and create an account before ordering, but this is optional.

When signing up for a rewards scheme it may come up saying that an account already exists with that email. If you have previously placed an order with us, you may have already set up an account when checking out without realising.

If this is the case, simply click the forgotten password option using that email. Then you will receive an email allowing you to reset your password. Once you have  reset your password you will be able to sign in with that email and new password, and then head back over to the rewards section. You should now be logged in!

You can refer your friends giving them 15% off their first order and yourself 100 points ($10 credit).

Simply login above and go to the loyalty page, there it will show you your referral link which you can share with your friend.

Once they enter their email they will receive an email with a 15% off code.

When you redeem a reward or sign up for a referral, you will recieve the discount code via email. If you can't find it in your inbox check your junk as well, as it might have gone there!

If you do not receive it, simply reach out to us via email at hello@mouldd.com or send us a message via our live chat, which you can find at the bottom right of the screen. We will be able to help locate the code for you.
